Suite on Sunset Ridge, 26 acres and a small pond.

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

This is our home in beautiful Huntington, WV, situated a baseball's throw from the most beautiful park in the tristate, Ritter Park (plus dog park!), and just a 5 min walk to Cabell Hospital, Marshall's School of Pharmacy, and Marshall's Forensic Science Center. Or hop in the car for a quick trip to Marshall's football & basketball stadiums, downtown to enjoy our many great restaurants, shop at The Market, or head up to the Huntington Museum of Arts. Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
