This is a private guest suite (FULL lower level walkout - approx 1,750 sq ft) within our larger 3-story occupied home. A comfortable home-away with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen with full-frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and counter that seats 6. New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV.

Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby. Waterfront home with amazing views & great fishing

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.
