NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Use of microwave & toaster. No oven/stove use. Note: It's 25 stairs to my front door +14 stairs to 2nd floor bedroom. No Pets, No Smoking.
