Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Short walk to the beach. Self contained granny flat. Separate entry and fully enclosed but built under main roof of our house. IGA just around the corner, with bakery, cafe, bottle shop and bar and pizzeria General Public. You have sole use to the seating area outside the granny flat by the pool and are welcome to use the pool and fire pit. (Weather permitting and we do not use these areas whilst guests are here)
