Experience a private, urban studio cottage located in a gorgeous tree-filled backyard in the Junction neighbourhood, close to downtown Guelph, with full amenities. We live on the main level of the house. Access to the suite is through the shared entrance on the main level of our house. Our property is within walking distance to the "RARE" nature reserve and hiking trails overlooking the beautiful Grand River.
