The View is positioned perfectly for a relaxing holiday in a coastal and town location. It is placed at the top of the cliffs directly over the Great Western Beach overlooking the bay, with the town centre and beaches a stone's throw away. The apartment offers uninterrupted views of the sea towards the headlands and the harbour from the spacious private balcony, the living room and the master bedroom. In the summer, you can enjoy the spectacular sunset whilst watching the world go by!

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Relax and unwind in our modern open plan one bed maisonette. Each floor has french doors which open up onto balconies for you to enjoy the side sea views of Newquay bay. We are located between Lusty Glaze & Tolcarne beach, both just 5 minutes walk away. With towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf, lovely bars, restaurants & panoramic sunsets. Just a 10 minute walk to the start of town. There is currently no parking on site, but free roadside parking in the local area.

Host is Connie who is a retiree who lives in the bungalow attached to the flat who has been doing this for many years and will be available should you need anything. Perfect location for couples, that host the most amazing sunsets.

Our beach-side hideaway has breathtaking views over the stunning sandy beach of Mawgan Porth on the North Cornwall Coast. A two minute walk through the dunes to the beach, village and South West Coast Path. The south facing two bedroom apartment has a large open plan living area which opens out on to the terrace and communal garden overlooking the beach.
