Less than a 2-mile drive to downtown Stowe, this home is on a hill just off Route 100. Nearby Von Trapp is full of restaurants and other amenities. Ski and snowboard from Stowe Mountain Resort 9 miles away, with picturesque hiking in the summer. I would highly recommend a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. House is on a hill with a pretty steep road leading to it.

The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

The property has its own rocky beach and dock, a perfect location for fishing, boating, and all other water based activities. Modern, newly constructed one bedroom apartment in the heart of Stowe Village. Private parking, lighting fast internet (fiber optic-75 up&down) and all the amenities you need for a mountain getaway. Perfectly situated near village restaurants and coffee shops, and the Mountain Road Shuttle (winter only). Fully equipped kitchen so you cook in as well! Pets are allowed but please do not leave your dog if you think they will bark while you are away. We have other units in the building!
