The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy some of NB’s best outdoor opportunities. Centrally located yet rural; Sussex, SJ, Moncton and Fredericton are all 60 minutes or less away. This listing does not include seasonal bunkhouse. Please see our other listing if you would like to include the bunkhouse in your reservation!

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Phoenix Rising Dome

Welcome to the Phoenix Rising Dome! A private secluded space of rest to restore body, soul, and spirit. The dome offers a spacious kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom with a king bed in our loft area. Whether you need to soak in the hot tub, a hike in the woods, a gathering space by the fireplace or stare into the abyss on the swing, let us support your peace and calm. ​ Based on season, we also offer ice skating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming in our pond.

The Star Dome at the Belleisle Bayview Retreat!

We offer one night stays! Enjoy stunning panoramic sunset views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the Star Dome; situated in a natural meadow near the lodge building. The Star Dome provides a unique experience with propane fireplace, and a clear roof for star gazing. The outdoor viewing deck includes a kitchen with all utensils/ hot sink, hot shower, toilet and BBQ. Round out your relaxation with our Finnish wood-stove sauna and cold tub at $50 per hour.
