The home is in Midtown, 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to the Highlands, and 20 minutes to Golden - with light rail and bike path nearby. Bruz Beers and Early Bird are two local brewery/brunch favorites a block away. Midtown has two parks, with a splash pad in the summer.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. To make your stay more enjoyable your family will be close to everything including grocery stores, parks, restaurants, the Denver premium outlets. Also about 20 minutes to downtown Denver and Denver international airport.

Cozy & Spacious Artsy Home in Denver

Cute and cozy home close to everything! Located in Denver with easy access to all the major highways - Excellent location for snowboarders/skiers. Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
