Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. However, if you'd like to use the kitchen/dining room area, that is on the main floor you are welcome to do so. BUT there is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, coffee pot, large toaster icen/air fryer and microwave in your unit. Two bedrooms and a third bonus- like bedroom with a full size futon and twin futon in it and a cool star light
