Short 2.4 mile drive down the mountain to App State and downtown Boone. Just renovated, May 2024. Luxury furnishings, large hot tub, seasonal Mtn Views with a beautiful pond across the street. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, modern cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy crisp mountain evenings by the wood burning fireplace or grill out & dine outside on the large back patio. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Hike into the gorge for rock climbing, swimming, and flumes.
