A gas fireplace to stay cozy. Explore the river, enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away. While you’re enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and the sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.

Welcome to your peaceful winter retreat! Surrounded by nature, our family lake home sits on a tranquil lake just 15 mins from Ann Arbor & Brighton (30 mins to DTW). Whether you're visiting family, coming for Michigan graduation, or just exploring, this retreat is the perfect home base. The multi-level deck and floating dock are the stars. In the winter, you can watch the morning fog roll in and the colorful sunsets paint the sky in the evenings. There's also a cozy firepit to enjoy all year.

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Arbor Hideaway - Brand New! Bring your dog!

Hide away in Ann Arbor and relax in this newly renovated, sunny, stylish apartment, so close to the Stadium and downtown. Relax on your covered patio with creek view—perfect for outdoor relaxation - and a private fenced yard. You will have your own entrance. Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.
