The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt.
