This gorgeous 3rd floor condo is completely private with no noise from the neighbors. There are multiple pools on the property. Our unit overlooks the adult only pool and hot tub from the back deck. Our newly remodeled, roomy 1150 sq. ft. bottom floor condo is the perfect place to enjoy while on your adventure in St. George. With 2 bedrooms and a spacious family room, you will have plenty of area to spread out. There are 2 bathrooms for added convenience. Our condo includes access to a clubhouse, 2 pool/hot tub areas. There is a playground, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, and more inside the clubhouse. We are convenient to restaurants, parks, shopping, golfing, and hiking.

Our condo unit #37 features 2 master suites in our single story unit. Each includes spacious bathrooms with separate tub, shower and toilet room. Each room has new Roku tv's. A new kitchen completes this resort condo. Family pool with hot tub is heated all year. One is an adult pool (closed in winter). There are 4 new pickleball courts, tennis court and on-site fitness room. There is an on-site spa available as well. Unit has a private courtyard with lounges and table & chairs.
