My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. It was beautiful and so peaceful. Michael and Corrie were very helpful and made our stay so easy. We will definitely try to say here next time we’re in Covington. Thank you for a great time. Cheryl R.

David's place is one to remember. All of the kids said it was a five star. My middle son travels. He has stayed in many airbnb 's and he said this one was the best one ever. It had everything a kid could ever want. He said when he has kids he will be bringing them here.

The Nautical Yurt at River Bark

This was exactly what my husband and I needed for a short getaway to refresh from responsibilities in the world! It was exactly what we expected and more! Glamping is the best way to explain it! The yurt was everything that we needed! The little air conditioner did well keeping the yurt cool. The compost toilet was a little hard to figure out, but I ended up figuring it out and the instructions were really helpful. My husband refused to use the toilet because there were a couple of little spiders in there, but they were just living their life and didn’t bother me. The barn was also amazing. I didn’t realize that we had access to a microwave and fridge. The pond was large enough to use my paddle board for the first time. I wasn’t going to bring my dog, but I was glad he came! Katherine was amazing at communicating everything. This was a perfect experience that we want to experience again! It was a perfect camping experience without fully camping!

A+++ This place was absolutely perfect for our visit and felt incredibly cozy. It had every amenity and kitchen utensil we could have possibly needed, which made cooking our meals so convenient and enjoyable. The sound of the frogs croaking at night from the nearby pond added a peaceful, serene touch, helping us relax and sleep soundly. If I ever find myself in Franklinton again, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay! An added bonus: As someone coming from a big city, we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of light pollution, which gave us the perfect opportunity to stargaze for three nights by the fire on the porch. A truly memorable experience!

Kourtney went out of her way to accommodate our party with additional requests that I had. She was gracious in all of our communications and extremely flexible. The entire property is just beautiful, and these owners have spent time getting the details right. It is easy to feel that you are in a remote, private setting, when in reality, town is 10-15 minutes away. In addition, when our party walked into the farmhouse, we were immediately met with soothing music, a wonderful fragrance, and a beautiful floral arrangement on the kitchen table. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend time with family/friends. We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing property and look forward to booking another stay in the future!

Rustic and Spacious Log Cabin on Pearl River

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here while our floors were being redone after a flood, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located right on the river, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. One of the biggest perks was that our pets were welcome, which made all the difference for us. The hosts were accommodating and made sure everything was just right. We had no issues at all and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly getaway. Elaine made our unfortunate and stressful life event into a really lovely retreat for myself and my family!

1st impressions are lasting. My first AirBnB experience did not disappoint. Beautiful home and we felt at home. The home away from home we needed. Shelia thought of everything, even the things I didn't know we would need or want during our stay. Both the indoor and out door living spaces are lovely and so very comfortable. Shelia is such an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. Her welcome treats are everything. She is definitely committed to ensuring her guests have a 5 star experience and she did not disappoint. Looking forward to our next stay. We absolutely loved it!

Our stay was great, Ida was very courteous and we enjoyed the patio looking out on the lake. Unfortunately we were there for work and didn’t have much time to truly enjoy the house, but she has tons of games for entertainment would be great for a family get away.

Luxury Ranch Stay | 35 Acres, Sports Court, Pond+

This is truly an incredible home.The house is so nice with so much space for a family/friends’ gathering while still feeling warm and intimate. Having several en suite bed/ bathrooms allowed for privacy which was also nice. The patio /outdoor kitchen /cabana area is amazing with fees if one of the most beautiful properties we’ve seen. Corrie, the property manager was on site and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our entire stay. (They even made sure we had an extra pack and play and high chair which was so helpful!!) the pictures are great but this home and grounds are even more wonderful in person!!

I along with all of the other guest were very pleased. We had more than everything we needed for our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again. I have never seen so many amenities in one place including first aid products, umbrellas in case it rained, games, books and I could go on.

We had a lil trouble with the thermostat and didnt even know it before lorri was fixing it. she was very nice and so helpful. we will be staying again. the back sitting area was peaceful.

This property is absolutely beautiful for those that want to get away and be at peace with nature. Plenty beautiful trails to walk as well as two private beaches on the Bogue Chitto river that are second to none!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Alexa's riverside cabin and can't recommend it enough! The location is just perfect, and the cabin itself is cozy and well-maintained, offering all the modern comforts you could need. The living area is spacious and bright, and we loved the cool, functional fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, the coffee station was a much-appreciated addition, and the bedrooms are super comfortable. My favorite spot was definitely the outdoor deck with its lovely built-in hammock – perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Alexa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything even better. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway. I can't wait to come back!

Great little Louisiana get away cabin - loved the outdoor shower and beautiful land, a sweet neighborhood pup and clean, modern linens and kitchen. I wasn't clear that the queen bed was a fold-out couch, but that was maybe me not reading closely- the twin beds & full bed in the lofts are very comfy, of course since it's a loft it will be warmer up there. Plan to sleep in the loft or save the pull-out for kids with good backs or just sleep on the couch- the fold out will block late night access to the bathroom so avoid it if you can- the other beds are comfy enough!

if you like camping, but you want running water a toilet and a shower and a comfortable bed. This is a place for you. You’re still going to be bothered by your regular pest that you would have outside but not nearly as much and there is Internet, but it’s out in the country so I hope you would enjoy the surroundings instead of trying to be online!
