The Sage Nest

This adorable tiny home is only 100sf but contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. Be surrounded by beauty with only a 15 minute walk to many known bike trails, hiking trails and rock climbing routes. An amazing restaurant is a short walk (or drive if you prefer) with Zion park entrance only 20 minutes away. Beautiful views! A great place to rest & relax after all your adventures. FYI - There are some fur friends on the property that you will very likely encounter outside 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 🐐

R-bar-T Ranch

Not just a place to sleep. It’s an experience! This is the perfect place to come get a fresh perspective and fresh air in the mountains, on the ranch. Close to some of the most popular hikes and National Parks. The night sky is gorgeous. The stars and the Milky Way are visible and spilling across the sky. We have an outdoor fire pit where you can sit and melt into the night after a day of hiking. Or, On cold nights, hanging out by the fireplace in your Airbnb space, with a cup of hot cocoa.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located at the historic 101 Rancho, this cozy cabin is the second part of an ongoing restoration of this famous pitstop. Surrounded by working farms and just minutes from Zion National Park makes this the perfect place to set up your home away from home. Enjoy incredible daytime views and dark skies at night, or just stroll around the property to see the goings on of a working farm. Access the Virgin River that is just a "stones throw away."

Full kitchen, full-size washer dryer, and walk-in shower. Sit on your patio and take in the open farm fields in the back yard, with the mountains in the distance.

Our Cozy Cottage II is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor lights above the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Farm House #4 - Tiny home near Zion - Mini animals

Relax in your own private space that backs up to our Mini Highland Cow pasture. You may feed our cattle over the fence and the window. Enjoy our many farm animals. Currently we have highland cattle, Goats, Alpaca, Sheep, Chickens, mini Donkey’s, pigs Your personal back patio has a private hot tub, fire pit, and amazing view of Mountains and Zion National Park. Enjoy walking in our garden and orchard.
