Great little place, clean and nicely decorated. The outside patio was amazing and wished we would’ve had more time to enjoy it! We did get a visit from a very cute, very friendly cat. She was certainly a highlight and I would look for her in the morning to catch a quick cuddle with morning coffee. We also had a cute little cake waiting for us when we arrived! Very nice touch. The host also put together a very nice and informative guide book. We would certainly stay here again!

The house was great for our group for an extended stay. 5 teenage boys and teen girl stayed busy at the house. Great setup. Host was fantastic. Would stay here again.

Polly was wonderful. Always responded within 20 minutes of messaging her and check out was a breeze. Location was great and most restaurants were within a 10 minute drive. Will be booking again!

Tara’s place was just what my family and I needed. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely house. Also one of us thought she left a pair of glasses and Tara was very helpful confirming that she did, and agreed to mail them promptly, so helpful! If we stay in Johnson City again we’ll definitely choose Tara’s cute cottage again.

I’ve stayed at this Airbnb twice and always love and recommend it. The house is so nice, spacious, and has beautiful views. Chloe was quick to respond and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Great hosts, flawless reservation process start to finish. Pristine, tastefully decorated remodel. It's obvious no expense was spared in the upgrades. Comfortable little home away from home with a fully stocked kitchen, quality bedding and towels. Absolutely spotless top to bottom. Loved it!

Enjoyed the stay. We had 2 families in town for ETSU campus tours and activities. House fit us perfectly. Only suggestion is a few more items for cooking in the kitchen. We needed a few more pots and pans but made do! The house is exactly as described and well maintained and clean. The location was peaceful yet right around the corner from all Johnson City has to offer! We will absolutely book again if we need a space big enough for us all!

Our stay was great, exactly what we needed for our short visit to Johnson City! Close to the NASCAR track and my picky son even thought the sofa bed was great. Would stay again if we're ever back in the area. Host was very responsive!

Christy was more than a great super host. Not only does her place feel welcoming and cozy, but it was everything we needed for the couple nights we stayed. Perfect if you’re in JC for any events or need to get away and relax. She was very accommodating for us and quickly was able to solve our problem when we realized we needed to spend another night! I would definitely recommend if you looking for comfortable place to stay and return to when visiting!

Place was perfect for our quick stay! Lots of restaurants near by, in a safe area. Everything looked new and updated. Didnt have a problem finding it. Owner is friendly and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend

we felt comfortable and secure. this apartment had all the amenitiesneeded for a full weeks stay. the bed was comfortable and our host couldn't have been any nicer. this is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back.

Jennifer's place is great: centrally located, large rooms, very clean, and well furnished with everything you need. I felt comfortable in it the minute I walked in. The rooms are very large. She is very responsive to any questions. There is some noise associated with being downtown.

it was a cozy little studio apartment. it was walkable to downtown activities. it was quiet.

I was in Johnson City for a college softball tournament at ETSU. The apartment was very close to the field and convenient. The amenities that the apartment had were perfect for what I needed especially the kitchen. There were pot and pans to cook, even a crock pot!!! I made dinner in the crockpot before we headed to the field and after games came back to reheat dinner! It was perfect! The bed was very comfortable. Overall the apartment was perfect for us. I felt at home! Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your home with us!

Great location. Many things to do within walking distance. Has everything you could want. Everything was clean, neat, and very well organized. The check in and check out was smooth and easy.

We stayed 8 nights. Spotlessly clean , clutter free, much larger than the photos. An abundance of paper towels, quality, toilet paper, tissues & coffee pods. 20+ units nestled in a lovely country neighborhood yet a short drive , 6 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. They’re called condos, but are more like townhouses, very private. Beautiful view of the water from the little back deck. Honestly I feel they could charge more. We would absolutely stay again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. A very short overnight visit but will be back in the future.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.

This is a great place to stay if you want a location that is secure and centrally located to access for the trip-cities area. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. Host made sure to have all the “extras” needed for our stay. They also went over and above by offering us cleaning services during our extended stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.
