Guest house on the “ponderosa”

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedroom guest house/apartment. One bedroom with full/queen bed. Bunk room with 2 twin over full bunks. Very peaceful and relaxing garage apartment on 100 secluded acres. Fishing available if arranged ahead of time. Fainting goats and miniature horses in pasture, occasionally chickens. Experience some of the joys of farm life without all the work. We have farm dogs you might encounter. We live in a separate house on the property.

Come enjoy peace and quietness in this lovely private cottage in a rural setting located midway between the historic towns of Greeneville and Jonesborough, TN. Enjoy beautiful views of the Greene Mountain range as well as spending time on the deck overlooking a wooded hollow frequented by deer, turkey, and the occasional bear. Patio includes sunny and shady sides and enclosed middle (with outdoor movie). Master includes a mini kitchen with refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, crock pot, single burner electric cooktop, etc.

Upstairs, studio-style loft located minutes from historic downtown Jonesborough. Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

The 700 square foot space is a simple, clean, cozy studio apartment that offers a private entrance and safe, off street parking. *Note- the low sloped ceiling might pose a challenge for guests over 6 ft 2. Appalachian Cottage with Hot Tub, Near Everything!

A cozy Appalachian oasis, close to everything yet delightfully secluded. With a private entrance, hot tub, fire pit, and peaceful forest vibes, this little gem invites you to slow down and stay awhile. Master bedroom with private bath has exterior entrance and parking in lower driveway. While located inside host's home, accommodations are treated as a completely separate guesthouse-like setting with deck and amenities reserved for unshared guest experience during their stay.

You'll be staying in the best lil' Carriage House in JC! She's cozy, she's quaint, she's quirky and she's located near DT, ETSU, hospitals, the VA, Highway 26 (aka the fastest route to a whole bunch of other awesome places to daytrip!)… Essentially, this is where you and your family want to be to enjoy the best that JC has to offer. Whether you're coming for a family event, fun in the mountains, work, or just exploring a new place, the Carriage House will welcome you home!

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Come relax and venture out into the beautiful Smokey mountains in this Newly renovated, remodeled and centrally located house! Close to everything in Johnson City. 4 min to the JCMC, 6 min from ETSU, 8 min from downtown! Easy accessibility to the Bristol Motor Speedway, visiting ETSU, wanting to hike in the Smokey Mountains or visit historic Jonesborough! We are no smoking property.
