Located on a private road on a dead-end street, the home is equipped with a back patio and fire pit, inground pool. swing set, trampoline, basketball hoop, and 2 outdoor grills. Property is professionally treated for ticks/mosquitos and hiking is directly across the street. Less than 10 minute drive from the famous Nordic Lodge, Charlestown Beaches, local state park, and, Fantastic Umbrella Factory.

Kick back relax, take a stroll to Woodriver. Walk down to the Waterfall. Have some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! Be sure to explore the area! Lots of great hiking trails. Within a 20 min..drive you have 2 Casinos Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun, Great Restaurants, The Mystic Aquarium, Seaport,Shopping ,Golf Courses, local Vineyards. When visiting The Ocean State you must see sthe waves! Always welcome to relax in the in ground saltwater pool. Extra guests allowed for small fee.Please inquire.

Suite has seasonal access to in-ground pool and hot tub. Patio outside the entrance to enjoy and watch the local wildlife. Walking distance to Quonset bike path and beach. Close to shopping, bars, and restaurants in East Greenwich and Wickford. Leonard is a lifelong Rhode Islander and can give you tips on how to enjoy the beautiful state.

Misquamicut Beach House, 1 Mile From the Ocean!

This is a single family home & is a 15-20 minute walk from Misquamicut Beach in Westerly. It is also a short drive from beautiful Watch Hill, historic Ocean House & Mystic, CT. This comfortable & stylish beach house can sleep up to 8 people. There is an above-ground pool & an outdoor lounge & eating area. The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer a beach parking pass. Passes are tied to vehicles. A day pass is $12-$20, depending on the beach.
