This newly constructed cottage offers space, privacy, waterfront, and a private beach. It is located on a private lane with only 3 other homes and just minutes from the center of town. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the breakfast nook or on the covered deck overlooking the bay while watching the sea birds and seals or possibly seeing the deer roaming the property. Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance.

Perfect tranquil oceanfront beach retreat. Watch the sun rise above the ocean from your bed!... Lots of beautiful windows, but this is incredible! 8 ft. ceilings, heated floors, Jotul fireplace. Just a few steps from the water. Also a huge deck for viewing and relaxing! Fire pit right at the shore's edge for stargazing....Panoramic views. With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Off the beaten path and accessible by car two hours before and two hours after low tide. Beach combing and birdwatching. Kids will love catching crabs and skipping rocks. The serene atmosphere is unmatched and the stars at night are worth the trip. It’s an adventure in relaxation. Take time to slow down and escape the hustle and bustle. No traffic noise, just wind, waves, birds, and serenity.
