Unforgettable Seaside cottage

Great stay here. Trust what you read under Bohdan’s management. He’s a great host. The cottage is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything you need - very practical design. Well equiped and clean which was a highlight after staying in many grotty, sticky places with a lot of everything you don’t need. Bohdan asked for feedback as to what the cottage might need and I can’t think of anything - it’s all there 👍.

Wow what an awesome beach house. Was perfect for our little family - so close to the OG shops and beach! And plenty of spaces in the house to fully relax and enjoy. Would highly recommend, we hope to be back!

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. A very peaceful stay…Thank you

We had a fabulous time at Theo’s place. There were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 grown up children)+ our dog. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the upstairs living area/kitchen area with a great balcony and wonderful views over Marengo and the paddocks. Perfect to relax with a good book and/or some afternoon drinks. The house is nicely tugged away but still easy to walk to the Main Street and the beach. Our dog and us also loved the garden with all the nice fruit trees. It was perfect for our dog as there was plenty of room for him but also safe as it was all enclosed. We definitely will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our check-in and stay smooth and hassle-free. Mario as a host was very welcoming, accomodation, and understanding. However, I’ll leave the management real estate agent up to you to decide. One of a few places in Lorne who allow pets. A rare find. Thanks Mario.

Retro dream in Ocean Grove

We are a family spanning 3 generations 3-71 years. We all had a great time. Something for everyone. Multiple spaces for different activities made family dynamics easy! Retro Dream is really fun and quirky. Very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend a stay here any season.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was the same experience as the first time . It isn’t a fancy over done pretty over the top cottage where you can’t relax, it is a really neat and tidy rustic little place, lots of room for the dog to play and everything you need for a stay. Nothing is fancy but all the things you need are there and are just right. The lack of signs saying “don’t do” is such a relief. We really like staying at this little place, it is great and very relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at Mark’s place over new year’s. The place was absolutely beautiful and Mark was incredibly kind and responsive, he made sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to reply to our messages. We even spotted koalas nearby the place, and some bunnies roaming around. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thanks again for hosting us, Mark! :)
