Relax at this cozy, well-appointed cottage on the Clay Brook, where you can enjoy the sound of the river amidst a peaceful, wooded setting. Although it feels remote, we are conveniently located at Sugarbush Access Rd and Rte 100, making us easy to find! With all of Mad River Valley attractions nearby, the cottage is perfect for year-round enjoyment, whether you wish to cool off in the brook, roast marshmallows at the fire pit after hiking, admire the fall foliage, or unwind after skiing!

The River House in Warren Village

We call it the River House. Our cherished 170 year old house that sits on the banks of Freeman Brook, on the parade route, in Warren Village, around the corner from the Pitcher Inn and The Warren Store. The second you get out of your car and walk through the front door, you step back in time, and the sound of the babbling brook washes calm over your soul. The River House is less than 3 miles from the parking lot of Lincoln Peak (Sugarbush), and everything else is right out your door.

Bluebird Cottage - Three Min to Sugarbush Resort

Fully renovated 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home with modern amenities and high-end finishes complimenting the original post and beam architecture. Only a 3 minute drive to Warren Village and the base of Sugarbush Resort, even shorter to the world class Sugarbush Golf course. The property offers a great layout for groups or multiple families and is a perfect home for either exploring the many multi-season activities that the Mad River Valley offers, or simply relaxing and enjoying good company.

Euro Style Passive Mountain Home

Euro-style passive house built in 2020 with super-insulated walls and a large proportion of natural materials. The house is less than a mile drive to the Lincoln Peak base area, with breathtaking winter views of the resort. First floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath and mudroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a second full bath. We supply linens, towels and bathroom supplies. Inquire for longer stays outside of posted availability.

Just a few nights left for foliage season! Built in 2023 and located only a half mile from Historic Warren Village, this peaceful mountain cottage has 1 full bedroom and a gorgeous finished loft. Each private space has a king bed, it's own bathroom and new furniture. Inside, the bright and spacious interior boasts modern finishes, brand new appliances and a rustic country charm. Outside, relax in the serenity of the surrounding forest, and take in the view of Sugarbush Resort.
