Shenandoah Mountain House (Guest Suite)

Smells of the forest. Sights of the mountain. Conveniences of home. Welcome to our little secret in Shenandoah! Our chalet is situated on the hills surrounding Shenandoah Valley. Walk 25 minutes to the river. Drive 10 minutes to the national park entrance and Skyline Drive. Roads are in excellent condition year-round. Your guest suite is on the ground floor, recently finished, with a private entrance (separate from the main house), with access to outdoor space, deck, swings, fire pit etc.

Escape to Bear Mountain Retreat, a secluded log cabin nestled on 4 private wooded acres, perched on the side of the Blue Ridge Mountains and adjoining the Shenandoah National Park. Disconnect with friends and family and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Fill your days exploring the endless outdoor activities the Shenandoah Valley has to offer or make this beautiful cabin your vacation destination and spend your evenings stargazing around the fire pit or lounging in the hot tub!

The Cottage

Need some time to refresh? Spending time in the foothills of the Skyline Drive at our cozy cottage may be for you. Well behaved dogs are welcome but not on furniture. The driveway is long and home is very secluded. Winter access will be subject to weather conditions. Driveway does not get plowed and gets rutty during rainy periods. Cell service is spotty on Browntown road. The cottage has a landline and wifi. Use your wifi calling feature for cell phone use. More info under photos.

With a fully stocked kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, high speed WIFI, hot tub, and several beautiful outdoor gathering spaces, this magical cabin is perfect for couples, friends, or the entire family!

Our dacha is your escape from clutter and noise of the every day life, offering great mountain views, just 5 minutes away from Front Royal, Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park (our 10 acre property borders the Park), and boat access to Shenandoah river. Plan your hikes and day trips and then come back to enjoy the hot tub. Play table tennis inside our air conditioned/heated garage, badminton outside or simply chill and enjoy the views.

Relax and unwind on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River with your own private river frontage in a cabin with all the amenities. Down a country road, past where the blacktop ends, this modernized cabin is a short walk to the river’s edge for fishing, swimming, or a private campfire. The house is just a few miles from Shenandoah River Outfitters. It is a 30-minute drive from Luray and an entrance to Shenandoah National Park.

Shenandoah Getaway | Cozy, Clean & Well-Located

Relax in this cozy, private suite near the Blue Ridge Mountains, Appalachian Trail, historic Front Royal, and the new Warren Memorial Hospital. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, it features a queen bed and full-size floor mattress with fresh linens, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, stocked bathroom, and light cooking setup. After a day of hiking or sightseeing, unwind by the fire pit or enjoy a quiet evening on your private patio.

The Lodge at Skyline Parkway

This Shenandoah gem is the closest rental to the entrance of the famous 105 mile Skyline Drive that runs through Shenandoah National Park! This spacious and comfortable log cabin includes an open-concept living area and kitchen, AMAZING outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, expansive lower level game room, screened porch and hot tub! Entire house up to 6 and 2 pets allowed

Location and value is what you will get. A level up from Glamping. Minutes drive to Shenandoah National Park. Walking to the shops on Main Street and Martin’s grocery store. You will have the house to yourself. Disclaimer: House is old and has holes bugs come in. Although measures are taken to prevent this, water bugs and crickets have been sighted. Driveway allows 3 cars.
