102 Acre Pet Friendly Horse Farm!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Cute and quaint apartment attached to our second barn. Nestled in the woods on a 102 acre horse farm. Bring your fishing gear!! We have a 17 acre private lake (Fred Lake) on site with lots of fish!! Bring your horses! Attached to your apartment is a 7 stall barn that is empty and waiting for your horses! (extra fee for horse).Our staff can care for your horses if you prefer to keep them at our 45 stall barn just below the apartment!

Loveland Farm 26 Beautiful Acres 3 ponds

Loveland Farm is a 26-acre farm located one mile out of beautiful historical downtown Loveland, OH less than 2 miles from the Loveland bike trail. This Sears and Roebuck’s Craftsman home is a cozy 2-story 7-room farmhouse with 3 bedrooms & full unfinished basement. The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom w/ a queen size bed, the only bathroom on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed.

Farmhouse Stay

Come enjoy a unique home with a view. This is the original farm house on an active working farm. Each bedroom view looks out on horse paddocks. We are located 5 miles from downtown Historic Lebanon, 23 minutes to WEC, less than 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, 40 minutes from downtown Dayton and 70 miles to Columbus. The house is on a shared driveway. There are two homes on the farm property. The location is quiet, although you may see people around the property, as we also board horses.

Our beautiful 3 acre property Casa Del Rio Azul is located right on the Little Miami River. Enjoy the large pavilion located directly on the river. You can take a dip in the river and shower before enjoying the hot tub or warm up by the fireplace. Our riverside beach is a great place to hang out to catch some rays or launch a guest provided Canoe or Kayak. If outdoor living is more your style you can enjoy the tree house with all the amenities including full size bed and electricity.

Rossburg Tavern (1800’s)

This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. The house sits on one acre of land surrounded by farmland, so you'll have opportunity to relax by a campfire, enjoy the unique architecture of the house, or explore the wide variety of entertainment options all within 20 minutes of the house.
