This unique custom-built 4,009 sq. ft. lake house is located at the mouth of Lyons Creek and Lake Gaston with direct main lake access in the upscale subdivision of West Winds. The home offers fabulous views, a large flat yard, a fire pit, a sandy beach area, and good water depth at the boathouse. The home is situated on a large point with over 550 feet of waterfront. The outside boasts a large wrap around porch, with a grill, a 12-person outdoor dining area, and comfortable patio furniture.

The Cozy Blue Cottage @ LKG

Relax with the whole family on the lake! Come hang out by the fire on the patio or relax on the dock while the kids kayak. Our house has everything you’ll need to have an amazing lake get away. Paddle boards and kayak are onsite for use. Plenty of space to pull your boat Up and relax on the dock. We are about 150 yards from the main lake which makes it nice for easy access but just far enough to enjoy the water without not traffic. Once you get here you won’t want to leave.

** Summer months have a Friday Check-in/Check-out ** Come enjoy some time away in this waterfront home with an easy walk to the water and plenty of seating on the dock stocked with kayaks, sups and mooring whips for your own boat. Super-stocked, large kitchen; game room; indoor/outdoor eating; and firepit. Numerous living spaces allow for family time as well as multi-generations. Neighborhood includes hiking trails, playground and paved streets for bike riding.
