Clementine Cottage is a completely remodeled 125-year-old home in Historic Washington, MO just blocks from the Downtown District and an easy walk to parks, lake, river front and Fair Grounds. Hope you are a coffee lover! We own three Drive-Thru Coffee stands (Exit11) in the area and would love for you to visit while you are out and about or if you need to get work done, come visit our Coworking Center. Just a 20 min drive to Missouri wine country in Augusta and about 45 minutes to St. Louis.

Enjoy relaxing on the covered back porch with a charcoal grill. Home is within walking distance of historical building; 1822 courthouse, Woods Fort, Britton House, several restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Cuiver River State Park.

The Cozy Cottage

Cozy house in quiet residential neighborhood. Laundry, queen bedroom, office, living room, kitchen, small dining table, screened in porch, 500Mb internet. One mile from the old downtown / river front, and half mile from Mercy Hospital. Perfect for a business trip, wedding, biking the Katy Trail, or just visiting. If the guest requires more than one bed, there is a Studio apartment in the detached garage that is available for $40 per night. Come and enjoy our house and Washington, MO.

Country home lower level, private, full kitchen

Very private country setting just 2 miles south of interstate 70. You’ll likely enjoy some wildlife sightings. Nice private patio seating. Cabin feel, spacious, has full kitchen. Murphy bed in the living room (very comfortable) provides an extra Q bed if needed, otherwise it’s out of the way. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Nearby destinations are Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore.

Built in 1895, this charming two story historic brick home is located in beautiful downtown Washington, Missouri. Just blocks away from bars, restaurants, art galleries and shopping.
