The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Our renovated barn has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living & dining. The kitchen comes with essentials such as 2 burner induction stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (but no oven). Sit and relax under the covered deck & enjoy the sounds of tarra river whilst cooking up a bbq. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises.
