It is peaceful and quiet amongst the trees and a perfect place for a break. It is designed for couples and regret we cannot take children.

Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Just 3 minutes drive from central Warkworth which has all the amenities you will need, plus some fabulous cafes, shops, walks and sights to explore. Snells Beach, Algies Bay, Omaha and Scott’s Landing are just a few of the many local beaches within east driving distance.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy stunning views across Whangateau Harbour, Omaha Beach, native bush and farmland. Our gorgeous cottage is located on a lifestyle block just 1 hour from Auckland CBD. It boasts a well equipped kitchen, an open plan living area, a spacious bathroom, and a king bed with quality linens in the separate bedroom. Guests can step outside to fire up the BBQ, take in the exceptional vista or sip a wine at sunset.
