Situated in spacious grounds overlooking fields, Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town centre. Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

It has a full kitchen of Miele appliances and laundry facilities including large fridge and oven. A separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private verandah, and garden. The property has stunning views overlooking a valley. Walking & horse-riding trails, tennis court within 250m. Ideally suited to those wanting a little luxury escape.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
