The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.

Belvedere Apartments Standard 2 Bedroom Apartment

Belvedere Apartments are centrally located in a quiet street just a few minutes walk into downtown Wanaka - shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants and lakefront. Wanaka is a well renowned winter ski destination and the Belvedere is just a 30 minute drive to two of New Zealand's top alpine ski resorts - Cardrona and Treble Cone. In the summertime, swim in the lake, hike one of the many walks and take in the stunning views or bike one of the many tracks / trails on offer.

Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do!
