Nornalup Homestead - farm and forest retreat

Nornalup Homestead is a unique stay for nature lovers. Solo travellers, couples, friends and families will find a warm, nurturing escape. Explore and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the 68 hectares of forest and farmland. Sip your morning cup of tea or coffee on the veranda, watching the sunrise paint the sky. Spend the day discovering the nearby beaches, inlets, rivers and national parks. Enjoy a sunset walk through the paddocks. When night falls, gaze up at a panorama of stars.

Delightful Sage Cottage

Five bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms (one with shower over bath). Plenty of room for everyone. Spacious and comfortable home with lots of amenities. We don’t charge a cleaning fee and our rate is $170 per night for the first two guests and $30 per guest after that. The house is not set-up for young children, however they are welcome. There is no wifi at the house (NBN issues) however you may be able to hotspot through your phone to your smartphone. Fireplace not functional.

Blue Willow - Comfortable town cottage

A beautiful and quiet town-house nested on the hill, Blue Willow is a short stroll from Denmark's cafés and shops. This spacious open-plan home offers Wifi, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main space, timber flooring, a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms all with flooring and 2 bathrooms with full laundry facilities. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.

Newly designed architectural addition and fully renovated, design-focused holiday home, perfectly located halfway between Ocean Beach, the town, and wineries on a vast and private 4000m² right on top of Weedon Hill. The house is nestled amongst giant granite boulders in the tops of towering Karri trees with stunning views, and backs onto national reserve with Bibbulmun, inlet and hiking on your doorstep, and bike trails into town and to beach.

Inlet views, sleeps nine, well-equipped kitchen, wood fire, Smart TV (digital channels, Netflix, Stan etc), free wifi access, DVD's, adult & childrens books, board games/toys, jigsaws, secure backyard, front and rear decking, fish cleaning area and ample parking. Close to shops, hotel, inlet, jetties, boat ramp and walking tracks - Bibbulmun Track passes at bottom of lane. Dogs allowed, secured backyard, please discussed when booking.

Eucalyptus House

Beautifully designed and crafted rammed earth and timber house overlooking the magnificent Karri forests. Situated on 0.6 hectares on the edge and within walking distance of the quaint town of Pemberton. An ideal house if you are seeking seclusion and privacy. The spacious layout also makes for a comfortable stay for families and larger groups.

Mudbrick Barn

The Mudbrick Barn offers large open living with verandahs overlooking river and forest valley. Bedrooms are upstairs with bathroom and toilet downstairs directly off from the staircase. Bi-folding doors open out onto an outdoor dining area and bring the outdoors inside! Relax out on the large verandahs and enjoy the farm animals visiting.
