Lagniappe "a little something extra" on the Gulf

Find a little something extra while at Lagniappe on the Forgotten Coast. Enjoy peace and tranquility at our 2 bed/2 bath Gulf front condo. While feet away from the white sand beach with gentle waves, you will sleep 6 adults or 6 adults/2 small children. The condo was thoughtfully designed with a King bed (primary), Queen bed, a transitioning day bed and Full murphy bed. The area has magnificent beaches, wildlife, fishing, nature trails, state parks. Most AMAZING SUNRISES, views and OYSTERS!

Z Shack

Z Shack is part of local history. In the 1940’s concrete barracks were built for Camp Gordon Johnston to house soldiers training for D-Day off the shores of Dog Island. Z Shack is part of what was once barracks, now a renovated condo. This unit is nestled in the middle of a row of condos with privacy fencing on both sides. Our unit is small dog friendly, but each pup visitor must be approved before booking. Sorry, no cats, we love them too but the litter box mess is too hard to keep clean.

Make some memories at this welcoming, serene, family-friendly escape! This spacious bungalow, located in Lanark Village, is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Carabelle Beach and 30 minutes from the white sandy beaches of St. George Island and the beautiful town of Apalachicola. Next door to Lanark Village is a boat dock, convenience store and country club with bar/restaurant. Carrabelle also has a boat dock, marina, restaurants, and shops. Sun, sand, seafood, and relaxation at your door!

Waterfront Renovated condo with sparkling pool

We completely renovated this condo in July 2020. Ground floor condo located at George’s Lighthouse Point on Ochlockonee Bay. Large back porch has a beautiful view of the boat basin & side view of the bay. Walking distance is Angela’s restaurant, regularly voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in Florida. Beautifully decorated 2 BR with 920 ft.². King size BR & bunk room with full-size beds. Updated kitchen with every day amenities. All new bathroom including new tiled shower and vanity.

Welcome to St. James Bay Golf Resort located on the beautiful 'forgotten coast' in Franklin county. Recently restyled spacious penthouse corner condo unit boasts 3 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Affectionately named the 'Caddyshack Condo' guests will step into a classic comedic movie-themed unit with all things inspired by the sport itself. The Residences offers a private gated entrance, community pool & spacious parking if also towing a boat for the launch a mile down the road.

5 min from the beach- Fisherman’s escape!

One bedroom, one bath condo at the landings in Carrabelle Florida. Amazing fishing & beautiful friendly town. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, king size bed, twin size bed that opens to king, modular sofa & futon in the living room. Two TVs , one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Pets welcome, however there is a $50 fee to cover cleaning fees. 5 min to Carrabelle beach, 30 min to St George Island, 15 min to Dog Island by boat. Located on the river off of Hwy 98 in Carrabelle, Fl.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

So if you're looking for the perfect slow paced friendly retreat, it's here. Perrons' is located 1 1/2 mile from a boat lovers paradise, offering deep water boat access to freshwater and saltwater fishing. Also enticing for the avid golfer, birdwatcher, shopping and several restaurants.
