Great place, wonderfull chalet, wanted to stay longer

We stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is right by the lake, and the setting is so peaceful—it felt like the world slowed down for a few days. We even saw deer one morning while drinking coffee, and there were birds everywhere. It was like being tucked away in our own little nature retreat. The place itself was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was there, from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this space comfortable and welcoming. Alexandro was very responsive (we couldn’t find matches to light the fire- FYI it’s in the foil drawer in the kitchen) We all left feeling rested, connected, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend!

We booked this place for our anniversary weekend and it was nothing but amazing. The views are incredible & we got to see so much wildlife during our stay. The inside of the house feels like home. It is so beautifully decorated and cozy. We cannot wait to come back and have another peaceful, relaxing weekend.

I had an incredible stay at this cabin! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views – they were absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The space was immaculate, and it really felt like a home away from home. The beds were super comfy, everything exceeded expectations. On top of all that, the host was fantastic – super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed at this place for two nights and had a good experience overall. The cottage was modern in design and was given to us clean and tidy. However, we encountered two issues. First, the house did not have laundry detergent and paper towels, which could be easily addressed. More importantly, the cottage does not have direct access to the lake. It is located on the upper side of the road, while the lake is on the lower side. To reach the lake, you need to cross the road and go through another property. This was not what we expected based on the photos, as the road was not shown in them.

Terre & Neige est une pépite précieuse. La passion de Julia est rafraichissante et inspirante. Nous avons adoré non seulement sa cuisine mais également sa belle convivialité. Le chalet était superbe, l’attention aux détails aussi. Je recommande vivement pour une expérience réellement de qualité.

Our stay at Prunella #4 was nothing short of outstanding. The cabin was everything as advertised and more, so very cozy and in immaculate shape. We got to enjoy the lake, getting to use both one of the canoes and the kayaks to go on the lake. Walking the trails was incredibly peaceful, we even managed to see a pair of beautiful whitetail deer on our walk! It was also a pleasant surprise to get to meet Nancy and Catherine while we were exploring the property, who were there doing some work on the new 3 cabins they've recently built! They were both incredibly friendly and welcoming, and took time away from what they were doing to have a conversation with us about the origin of this incredible space they've built. I cannot even put into words what a relaxing weekend this was for my partner and I. Our experience was magical, and plan to return very soon! Thanks again Nancy and Catherine!

Beautiful cabin, cats were friendly and so was Maria. Definitely want to return again for a longer visit and explore around.

Had an amazing stay in this cozy chalet with a beautiful lake and fall views full of colours! Gurmeet was very responsive and helpful. The drive to this place makes the experience even more beautiful and worthwhile. Will visit again!!

Parfait petit chalet pour un couple ou petite famille! J’ai toujours aimé les chalets en bois rond rustiques et vintage donc là, j’étais bien servie ! J’ai aimé qu’Andrew fasse des suivis pour s’assurer que tout va bien. Le seul truc, c’est qu’il pourrait y avoir un matelas plus confortable et mou, car nous l’avons trouvé trop dur pour nous. À part ça, je recommande à 100% ! Merci Andrew et au plaisir !

Perfect Lakeside Getaway – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Alex and Tiffany’s beautiful lakeside house near Maniwaki was absolutely incredible. The home is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect retreat. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a lovely welcome gift for our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of the best parts about this place is how close it is to everything in the city while still feeling peaceful and secluded by the lake. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. Alex and Tiffany were incredibly thoughtful, even setting up games for our younger ones, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While we visited outside of summer, I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the warmer months, with the lake right there for swimming and outdoor activities. If you’re passing through Maniwaki, I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

We had a very cozy time staying at Maribeth’s place. There was a snow storm during half of our stay. So we didn’t go out too much. The house had everything we needed for a cozy stay in. Maribeth actively checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed.

Beautiful spot to stay! We had a great time staying in the comfort and clean space, and loved the scenery. Francis had great communication and the Kayaks on the lake were super nice to take out as well. Very pleased with our stay!

My husband, baby, dog and I had a great stay! The cabin was very clean, and had everything you need. Comfortable bed, clean pool and trails near by. Celebrated Halloween on the weekend, all the kids were dressed up and they had trick or treating through the campsite. Everyone staff and other campers are all so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best birthday celebrations I had. Caroline has an absolutly beautiful and cozy place with all amenities and she is a great host. The tours were so fun and informative and made me fall in love with alpacas even more. It was such a delight watching them and hanging out with them. Also absolutly stunning sunrises and sunsets, and watching baby cows run through the field each morning is just a cherry on top. Thank you for a lovely time! I sure hope to return!

Very peaceful stay ! Exactly what we were looking for . Loved the free access t the water activities. Kayaking , paddle boards , pedallo !

We had a great time! Cabin was just as described and very clean, outhouse was also really well maintained. There was lots of wood for the campfire and their dock had everything you would need for a fun day on the water. Thank you!

3 nights in the Finch Cabin felt like living on another planet - it was so peaceful, quiet, and private. Exactly what me and my partner needed! The space was clean and well laid out, obviously small as it's a tiny home, but I never felt cramped with just 2 people. I 100% will be booking again and have already recommended it to my friends!

We had a great time at an almost orivate beach and enjoyed swimming and canoeing in the lake. Wally is a great host and the cottage was really well equipped. Thanks for the nice holiday!
