We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and had good heating which was important as it was winter. Great location close to beautiful beach, good local shop and cafe. Thanks would book again.

We loved everything about our stay at the Villino at Cypress Ridge Estate. The views are absolutely stunning; the pool, hot tub and patio further enrich the experience. The house is delightfully tiny, tastefully decorated, and full of big windows and charming historic features. The kitchen is well stocked. The nearby beach is the most famous on the island, wonderful for walking and swimming, with lots of cute beach restaurants. - Just perfection!

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Great house to stay in if visiting Auckland

First time using AirB&B so wasnt sure of what was provided etc but couldnt have asked for more. Tania and Mike came and introduced themselves to us over the course of the first 24 hours but in the whole left us to feel at home. The accommodation was stocked with supplies, again way beyond what was essentials. Beautiful view from the deck making it very peaceful, serene sitting at the outside furniture. Beachlands is far enough out the city to escape the hustle and bustle and Maraetai is within a lovely 70 minute walk to the cafe's by the beach.

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

Paula's place was great! Such a great location to stay at in Auckland. Plenty of space with 2 separate rooms with Queen sized beds. Very nice washroom. We really appreciated how friendly and welcoming Paula and her partner were. Recommended for a amazing, relaxing stay in Auckland!

Rose was a wonderful host and I just loved staying at this gorgeous bnb. The apartment was exactly as described and was tastefully and practically arranged. The area was very conveniently located with lots of cafes and shops only a short walk away. Rose was a responsive and charming host. I would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again. We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Absolutely loved the apartment. Clean, had everything we needed. Able to walk to bus station, grocery store and shopping. As long as you can walk the steep hills. Uber was a great way to quickly get in and out of the CBD after a day of sightseeing. Views of the water and Skytower. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! This place was better than any Airbnb I've ever stayed at. It was quiet, clean, and the products in the house were all of high quality so I felt very welcomed. I could feel the owner's consideration for their guests everywhere. If I ever need to find another Airbnb in this area, this would definitely be my first choice. Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

Such great hosts - super helpful and friendly. Picked us up & dropped us off at the ferry- so good. Their rooms were so nice , and comfortable and the bathroom modern , spotless and spacious. Really great place to stay.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

Conny’s place is just beautiful! Like being in a 5 star hotel - but also with a home away from home vibe . A friendly, responsive host and absolutely everything had been thought of. We will definitely stay again. I cannot recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our brief stay at Colin and Aitu's place! The setting is so peaceful and we could not have felt more comfortable after a day of fun on Waiheke. The rooms are spacious, plush, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious (amazing fruit!) and we would have loved a longer stay. We would love to visit again and recommend a stay here.

Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.

Amazing! The house is so beautiful and clean. Lots of big windows and nice lounge area. Bozena&Murray are super nice. They prepared amazing breakfast for us every morning. Bozena even took us to see glow worms to the street in their property, it was so magical! It was raining + public holiday so we couldn’t go out much, but it was so nice to relax in this beautiful house. There are some supermarkets, wineries and restaurants around.

A wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Jacqui epitomises hospitality. Comms before hand and engagement while there was outstanding. Jacqui went above and beyond to meet our dietary requirements. Have left well rested and well fed.
