Our separate and private semi self-contained bed & breakfast is a peaceful getaway. Soak in a hot tub under the stars or have a game of pool by a cosy fire in winter. This property has been built and the garden designed by us over the last 15+ years. We are more than happy to provide transport to/from the various restaurants in the local township of Rangiora, so you do not have to worry about having that nice glass of wine to go with your meal! I'm away, so this house is all yours: 2 queen bedrooms, a loft room (2 air beds), 2 living areas, & 2 toilets. A porta cot and high chair available too. (A 3rd room is my clinic, locked while im away.) Stairs to the loft room need consideration when booking.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

A stylish, cosy, comfortable and soothing haven. The living space is furnished with lounge seating and a desk. The bed has a very comfortable mattress with natural fibre bedding. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with smoothie maker, electric elements, mini oven, electric frypan, microwave, and a washing machine. Rangiora town centre is a short drive or ~15 min walk to cafes/restaurants. Rangiora Showgrounds and river are close at hand and a bus stop is a short walk away.
