Very central this peaceful and serene location is a 2 minute walk to the International Stadium and a short 5 minute drive or 3km bike ride to the forest, biking tracks, golf courses and thermal and cultural attractions. Rotorua township , lakes , restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping are also within an easy drive. Easy guest access down a short driveway provides safe and secure off street parking for vehicle, mountain bikes etc. Stays not suitable for children due to outside features.

Our unit caters for up to four guests, with its own bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor area and on site parking. 2 eBikes are available for hire and the use of the spa pool at a small fee.
