You will be close to everything when you stay at this lovely new recently built modern home that's centrally located in the heart of Matamata town. Tui Lane Holiday Home & BnB is close to the entrance of Matamata’s beautiful Centennial Drive, a stunning botanical park walk winding its way through the town centre of Matamata - a quick 1min walk away. A 5min walk to town and i-site, a short drive to Hobbiton, the house is very centrally located to town and nearby shops, services and attractions!

Enjoy our resort-style 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, with only a 10-min walk to the beach and shops. Open-plan living which flows to the outdoor entertaining space featuring a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Two bedrooms have private ensuites, and two rooms can be set up as super king or twin beds. Stay entertained with the gym, heated pool, spa pool, and sauna. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Walk or bike to RSA or Saturday farmers market with 4 included bikes. Our cute Bach is available for those looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of busy life. Put the deck chairs out, relax on the decks and watch the world go by, or lace up your shoes & enjoy the many walks around the area. Shops 200m down the road, beach within throwing distance, your options are endless. Front room has a queen bed, the other has two singles and a double bunk with a single over it. Additional warm shower out the back to clean off the salt and sand is a real asset.

Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Our house is situated in close walking proximity to many amenities such as the Village where there are great restaurants and shops (450m) or visit the Flatwhite on Shaw road for coffee and cake or something more elaborate right on the beach front. Over the summer months (Labour weekend until Easter) there is a Sunday market selling local produce, arts and crafts from 8 am - 1 pm at the Wilson reserve just up the road.
