Studio in beautiful garden next to the estuary

My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

Tranquil Coastal Escape, sea view, spacious living

Tui cottage is located across the road from a short walkway to Maraetai beach & cafes. Lovely two bedroom self contained flat, with own separate entrance & bbq patio area. Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. Also available on site in a separate cottage, romantic unique couples escape with 4 post bed, spa and amazing views.

Simply Waiheke at its best. This private, centrally located unit is your ideal Waiheke base. You'll feel at home with a separate entrance, bedroom, living area, and modern bathroom, along with a compact kitchen for basic cooking needs. Your own private deck looks onto a peaceful native garden with a BBQ and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the space. Our Place-Modern Kiwi Home in Village Atmosphere

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Spacious, convenient & private 1-bedroom studio

We welcome you to our 1-bdrm studio, situated on St Heliers Bay Road, just a few hundred metres from Maskell St shops. Down a long driveway, guests have their own private parking and access into this lower floor studio, giving total convenience, space and privacy. Private courtyard surrounded by trees and birdsong. Note: driveway is steep. Enjoy the fast wifi, smart TV, fresh coffee/muesli and everything else you'll need to enjoy a stay in the eastern bays.

Charming Cockle Bay

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.

In the heart of Oneroa - Waiheke Is

Newly constructed self-contained bedroom/bathroom/kitchenette in the heart of Oneroa. Central and convenient location. 2 mins walk to the Oneroa shops, cafes and beach. King bed in main room and two singles (bunk beds) in separate room with cavity slider door. Off street parking. Mud Brick and Cable Bay, two of the islands finest wineries, are a 3 minute drive away. Fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, Tv, wifi, Netflix, stereo, kayak, paddle boards.

Private studio with deck

Private self-contained studio with kitchenette, ensuite, and private deck facing onto native nikau forest with glimpses to the Hauraki Gulf. Located only a ten minute walk to the longest beach on Waiheke Island, Onetangi, and a short driving distance to handful of wineries and other activities. We love to share the paradise that we live in and would be delighted to host you and tell you all of our favourite things to do at this peaceful oasis.
