At roughly 900 sq. ft., it has all the character of a 150-year-old home with today’s modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Tucked away on a quiet hillside, it's easy to forget that you are mere steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities and events and minutes away from exploring Nevada's high desert landscape. You will feel right at “home on The Comstock” in this cozy cottage.

Fernley Guest Suite/Near NAS Fallon, Reno, Tesla

This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

This is our Holiday Home and we just love the vaulted ceiling in the living area , it has a panoramic view of the Lake and you will find yourself just staring at the Lake Sunsets and Star filled Night Sky. It is a well appointed space with lots of unique artwork and a running theme of Bears and the Lake Life. You can see the lake from each Bedroom and it is very peaceful at the Bitterbrush Complex. In the Summer you are close to amazing Beaches , and in Winter the Ski Slopes are right there.

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
