HOUSE ON THE RIVER

Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

It is near all the great amenities in Pepin including Villa Belleza (only 0.5 mile away), The Homemade Cafe (one block away), Harbor View Cafe, The Pickle Factory, Lake Pepin, and Stockholm, WI. A great central location for all Lake Pepin area activities!

This cabin has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with heat and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a queen and twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a full and twin bed. A full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen with cooking and serving dishes. Bathroom with shower. Remember to bring towels and toiletries as they are not supplied.
