Other than the beautiful hardwood flooring, this charming cottage has been completely renovated and sits in the heart of Amish country. It boasts a full kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, and best of all, sits only 45 feet away from the sprawling Neshannock Creek. This area is known for being one of the “hottest” spots for trout fishing!

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

The Springfield Falls House sits about 100’ from a stunning spring fed waterfall. This 2 BR house, built in 1853 has been completely remodeled and has all modern comforts & conveniences. It’s includes a very large outdoor space with fire pit and seating. There is a loft room on the second floor that also has a day bed that includes 2 twin mattresses.
