Varka Bungalows - "Ponente" 500m from the beach

Our bungalows were renovated in 2022 and are designed with sustainable slow tourism in mind. Set on a 5000 sqm plot with native trees and plants, they invite you to connect with nature. Featuring solar water heaters, LED lighting, and materials that are recycled, upcycled, or locally sourced, they reflect our commitment to sustainability. With a Green Pass certification, we operate on 100% renewable energy. Cozy and practical, our bungalows offer the perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort.

Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Πρόκειται για μια σουίτα επισκεπτών (22τμ), 150μ από την θάλασσα, χώρος ανεξάρτητος από την υπόλοιπη μονοκατοικία, με χώρο στάθμευσης, μεγάλη αυλή (συνήθως έχει γκαζον),καρέκλες και ξαπλώστρες. Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

It is conveniently located at the heart of the city, walking distance from Pylos central square, several shops, restaurants, bars, super markets and 10 minutes walk from the Castle of Pylos (Niokastro) as well as nearby beaches.
