Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο καταπράσινο, ηλιόλουστο κ ήσυχο κτήμα μας. Η απεριόριστη θέαση του στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, με τα αξέχαστα ηλιοβασιλέματα θα σας προσφέρει τις απόλυτες διακοπές. Η κάθε λεπτομέρεια των εσωτερικών χώρων, επιμελημένη με αισθητική, λιτή πολυτέλεια θα σας ενθουσιάσει. Μόλις 3´ οδηγώντας από την θάλασσα. Μια ανάσα από τα πιο εύφημα εστιατόρια και beach bar της Μεσσηνίας. Αλλά κ μόλις 15´ οδηγώντας από την πόλη της Καλαμάτας είμαστε η ιδανικότερη επιλογή σας για την διαμονή σας

Die Villa Esoteriki Eirini schmiegt sich in die grüne Hügellandschaft oberhalb der kleinen Hafenstadt Methoni und verfügt über Meeresblick. Das 6000 qm große voll umzäunte Grundstück bietet viele romantische Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auf mehreren Terrassen, im Garten oder im eigenen Olivenhain. Die modernen Studios bieten allen Komfort auf kleinem Raum. Kinder und Hunde sind willkommen. Jedes Studio verfügt über eine Terrasse. Wer mag kann sich auch massieren lassen oder am Morgenyoga teilnehmen.

Comfort Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.
