Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Mockingbird makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck.

Well furnished with everything you need for an overnight stay or longer. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
