Musíte prostě vyšlápnout kopec:) Pitnou vodu si donesete z čisté studánky, taktéž 80 m pod boudou. Elektřina je omezena -solární panel. Am Fuße des Grundstückes fließt das Klopferbacherl und die Parkanlage bietet neben einem Kneipbecken einen großzügigen Kinderspielplatz.
