Velmi příjemný večer v klidné lokalitě u rybníčku, sice kousek od hlavní cesty a přilehlé vesnice, ale s přírodním a relaxačním rázem. Snadná domluva a ubytování přesně odpovídá cenově dostupné a pohodlné variantě až pro pětičlennou rodinu či partu kamarádů hledající azyl pro rozlučky se svobodou nebo aktivnější výlety.

Chata je na skvělém klidném místě, ale zároveň blízko k obchodům nebo restauraci. Chata nabízí krb nebo venkovní ohniště s posezením. Super víkend bez chyby :)

Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern für insgesamt 4 Tage zu Gast. Obwohl wir im dunklen angekommen sind, haben wir die Unterkunft auf anhieb gefunden. Der Eigentümer hat uns sehr freundlich am Tor empfangen. Das Auto konnten wir problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Der Kamin im gemütlichen Haus war bereits vorgeheizt. Wir erhielten eine kurze Einweisung. Das Haus verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge und ist äußerst ruhig gelegen. Milan ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht englisch. Die berühmte Stadt Krumnau erreicht man mit dem Auto in guten 10 Minuten. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen liegt 5 min fußläufig entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder👍

Дуже затишне помешкання у красивому місці. Будиночок надзвичайно чистий, має все необхідне з посуду чи техніку, навіть посудомийну машину. Дуже привітна адміністрація. Нам дуже сподобалося

Ivans placer is amazing and the kids loved it. They gave it 10 out of 10 ⭐️ A bit difficult to find, but Ivan was a great guide in the phone. We could use the whole garden, swimming pool and everything for free and Ivan was super friendly and welcoming. Also the dogs were so sweet and kind and the kids had so much fun with them. Thank you so much for for this experience to Ivan and his family, it is for sure one of the best Airbnb experiences we have so far air of many🙏🏻😊

Schöne idyllische Unterkunft mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Meine kleine Tochter liebte das Karussell und die Möglichkeiten draußen zu spielen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar waren. Für uns war die Übernachtung im Schäferwagen ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

František je velice milý a příjemný hostitel. Mimo perfektně popsaných instrukcích nám poskytl jské nápady na okolní výlety. Ubytování bylo velice útulné, čisté, velice dobře vybavené. Člověk se zde cítí vítaný jako doma. Rádi se zade vrátíme. :)

Krásné místo schované tak dobře, že není ani na mapě a hostitel vám musí ukázat tajnou cestičku vedoucí k lávce a domečku. Malinké a útulné, kolem spousta ptáků a rozkvetlých stromů. Rádi se někdy vrátíme!

I loved staying here, do recommend going by car if you want to explore the nearby nature.

perfekter Ort um einfach ein bisschen Zeit zu zweit zu verbringen! War alles unkompliziert und der host war sich während des Aufenthalts immer schnell am antworten. Die Sauna ist teuer, wertet aber alles auf.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit über Silvester in der Hütte. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten die Zeit sehr gut genießen.

Eine mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit Verstand eingerichtete hochwertige Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Menschen, die etwas Abstand vom Alltag haben wollen, sehr empfehlenswert.

Nádherné místo k odpočinku od každodenního ruchu. Ubytování skvěle připravené od ručníku až po třísky do krbu. Okolí chaty je vhodné na dlouhé procházky nebo jízdu na kole. Kolem dokola vedou rovné lesní cesty nádhernou přírodou. Vřele doporučuji navštívit 😍

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

Einfach...schön! Ruhig und naturnah. Warm und gemütlich. Auf dem Ofen kann man super kochen... ...und vom Klo aus wilde Tiere beobachten ;-) Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen können. Danke Adela!

A stay of superlatives. A property that feels like a destination in itself. Owners who take pride in their offerings and level of hospitality. The furnishings are well-appointed and of a quality rarely experienced in a temporary rental. Take the time to study the artwork, listen to the leaves, the pigeons, sometimes the rain…. your thoughts. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Adjacent to some of my favorite shops and sources in Karlin. Without question the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Ubytování bylo bez chyby, maringotka je velmi dobře vybavená, všude čisto, vše bylo připraveno. Kamínka maringotku prohřála velmi rychle, bylo příjemné si u nich večer posedět a povídat si. Prostředí je velmi pěkné, kraj vesnice a výhled na okolní pole. Ocenili jsme srozumitelné instrukce k ubytování v krátkém videu, komunikace byla naprosto v pořádku. Určitě doporučujeme toto ubytování, moc se nám tady líbilo ♥️

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, von der Abwicklung, der Rezeption, die tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und der sehr nah gelegenen Skipiste. Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
