With stunning panoramic views from the 2 balconies and all the luxuries like AC, fully equipped kitchen, Smart-TV, free bicycles etc. to give you a memorable holiday! Most apartments in Vlorë are separated from the sea by a busy, dangerous and load road. Located by the hill, fresh & clean air. A quite place for families, 5 minutes' walk from the sea and promenade Lungomare. Fully furnished apartment with all the necessities to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It has an elegant style and all the comforts. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies one of which is 20 m2, to enjoy dinner while watching sunsets over the sea as well view of the mountain close by. All the restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walking distance only 5min walk.

Its a rooftop apartment 300m2 whith 3 big rooms 2 toilets 1 laundry a big kitchen with all accesories , living room with 75inch flat screen table for 8 inside and 8 outside and a big panoramic tarrace with jacuzzi with seaview cityview mountingview.
