Beautiful new built, 2min from the sea, overlooking a secondary road so you’re far from traffic noice and pollution. You can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the balcony! There’s a living room, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom with king size bed (+ a folding bed), desk and fast Wi-Fi. There’s bars, restaurants and supermarkets literally by the building. You can take nice long walks on the seaside or cycle across the whole city. 50min drive from Dhermi. Good bus connection to Tirana and Saranda

Durante l’estate è inoltre possibile visitare le meravigliose spiagge di Sazan e Karaburun raggiungibili con un traghetto. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed è dotata di climatizzatore, linea Wi-fi e il pavimento è in parquet.
