In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. L'edificio è ubicato sulla cima di una collina dalla quale si gode di una ampia vista a 360 sul paesaggio circostante, punteggiato da vigneti e borghi medievali. Oltre alla prima colazione, è possibile usufruire del servizio di ristorazione a base di prodotti del territorio accompagnati dai vini DOP (bianchi e rossi) di nostra produzione.

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.

A 2 bedroom self-catering cottage as featured on channel 4 "Help we bought a village" suitable for a small family , with open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge area. Upstairs the cottage sleeps 2 adults in a double room and 1 children in a single room off the main bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private outside terrace/eating area covered with wisteria so shading from the baking sun.
