Intérêt : ballades à pied, à vélo, brasserie artisanale, site minier, abbaye de Val Dieu, le cimetière américain, Valkenburg et Montjoie (Monschau) vallent le détour. Nog geen negen kilometer van Maastricht, waar wij de verhuurders zelf wonen. Het domein grenst aan het Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen, waar het voor natuurliefhebbers genieten is. De activiteiten zijn talloos: van fietsen, wandelen, paardrijden etc. Of een citytrip naar Maastricht. Bij het chalet staat een afsluitbare schuur waar u max. 2 fietsen kan zetten.

Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.
