Group and Family-friendly townhouse that’s centrally located - minutes to casinos, downtown and amazing restaurants and sightseeing in and near Reno. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom for privacy, and the living room / den on the ground floor with a sectional sofa that can be converted into a queen bed or even 2 doubles, and there is a half-bath downstairs as well. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
